Lanxess builds China's largest leather chemicals plant in Changzhou
China's largest leather chemical plant, invested by Lanxess Group with a total of 30 million euros in the Riverside Industrial Park of Changzhou High-tech Zone, was officially put into operation on April 16.
Party Secretary Mr. Yan Li, Deputy Party Secretary & Deputy Mayor Mr. Fei Gaoyun, Deputy Mayor Mr. Fang Guoqiang and Secretary-General Mr. Xu Xinmin attended the public open day activities hosted by Lanxess for celebrating the operation of plant.
It is learned that the Lanxess Group, formerly Bayer, is a global specialty chemicals industry leader that upholds the fine tradition of Bayer. Lanxess has business in 23 countries with a total of 46 production bases. Its core business is the development, production and marketing of plastics, rubber, special chemicals and chemical intermediates.
