Changzhou ranks No.4 of China’s Top 10 Livable Cities

 On May 19, the CASS Institute of Finance Strategy, the Social Sciences Documentation Publishing House and the Chinese Academy of Urban and Competitiveness Research Center jointly issued the 2013 Blue Book of China Urban Competitiveness.

Hong Kong, Macau, Wuxi, Changzhou, Zhuhai, Suzhou, Weihai, Haikou, Zhenjiang, and Zhongshan are among the top 10 most livable cities.
