Changzhou companies in stable operation

    Recently, the Changzhou Investigation Team of the National Bureau of Statistics made a telephone survey of 200 companies of the city. The results indicate that the surveyed 95 manufacturing enterprises and 105 non-manufacturing companies share three characteristics after the Chinese New Year: opening normally, receiving orders, and feeling optimistic.

    However, the survey results also show that the main problems, such as financial strain, instable exchange rate, soaring cost and high staff turnover, are still troubling the production and operation of enterprises.
