Changzhou holds Investment and Trade Fair in Boston

Local time on June 13, Deputy Mayor Mr. Fang Guoqiang headed a Changzhou trade delegation to the United States and held the Changzhou - Boston Bilateral Investment and Trade Fair 2013 in Boston. The purpose of this Fair is to introduce Changzhou to the business and technology sectors of the eastern United States, so as to seek new impetus of Changzhou’s development of emerging industries and restructuring of enterprises.

Mr. Liu Yi, Commercial Counsellor of the Chinese Consulate General in New York and Mr. Ren Jianhao, Chairman of the US-China Chamber of Commerce attended the Fair. Representatives of nearly 100 well-known companies and organizations such as Honeywell, Amphenol, Sensata, CBT Technology, and so on also participated in the event.

The same day, a special seminar on economic and trade cooperation was also hosted, at which the participants of U.S. entrepreneurs showed great interest to invest in Changzhou.
