Changfa Group invests USD 80 million in Zambia

On the afternoon of June 17, Party Secretary Mr. Yan Li met with the delegation headed by the Governor of Copperbelt Province, Zambia.

Deputy Mayor Mr. Fang Guoqiang were present at the meeting.

Currently, Changfa Group has established a branch in Zambia for copper mining. The project has a total investment of 80 million U.S. dollars, which will be able to process copper ore of 4,000 tons each day, reaching an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of refined copper. This will guarantee the supply of raw materials to Changfa Refrigeration Co., Ltd.

The Copperbelt delegation specially visited Changfa Group, for the purpose of carrying out further cooperation with the Group.
